The truth and the lie. Whom we serve?

father of lies

This is your people
We call out to you from desperation
Angry, hurt, forgotten

This is your people
Afraid to hold on or let go
Hungry, but there is nothing

This is your people
Confused by religion, judged
Enslaved by bitterness

This is your people
Mesmerized by the paranormal
Without experiencing any miracles

They are yours
Blinded by desire
Hungry for more

Violence and greed
Pleasure in power
Ignoring poverty

Tell me, father of lies
Do you hear them
Tell me
What is your deliverance?

Your people
Held in high captivity
Illusional moments
 Lifeless eternities

Prayer to
Abba Father.  THE GREAT I AM.

Deliverer we cry to you for mercy
Healer we cry to you for patience
Righteous judge you release chains
Their father the devil leads them through lies
Healer...touch their eyes, open their ears
Forgiver...heal their hearts to receive from You
You are not willing that they continue in chains
You give freedom.  ... Free them from pain
You satisfy hunger with REAL food and drink

Father and friend, You are my ALL.  I am undone.  I am not able.
I NEED YOU TO FILL ME.

Spirit of life, Fill me again, so that I may be a blessing, that my light may shine forth.  Bless those who otherwise would be cursed.  Jesus I love you.  Yashua you are my Savior.  My love and comfort.  Fill me.  Oh Father, rescue me from this dying age.  Rescue your own from the corrupt enemy who has infiltrated us.  May they turn and adopt your ways and choose life and find rest in eternal life.

The momentary pleasures of this earth are the corruption of the soul and lead to eternal damnation, yet the joy of the presence of God through service to him, leads to true freedom.  This freedom comes only in the death to self.  Perfected in the life of Jesus of Nazareth, Son born by the power of Holy Spirit to Mary and her husband Joseph.  He who became our punishment and took upon himself our burdens, now leads us to eternal life with His Father (and ours if we choose him!), should we release our lives into His care, forsaking all worldly cares.

What could be greater or more significant?

...This is love.  not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His son to be the propitiation (appeasing sacrifice...in our place) for our sins.  (1 Jn 4:16)

"By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth." (1 John 3:16-18)
